About this game
This is the per-person version of the money game. Instead of total GDP — where big countries always win — GDP per capita divides a country's output by its population, so small, wealthy nations like Luxembourg, Ireland and Switzerland rise to the top while large economies can sit surprisingly low. It is a great way to build intuition about which countries are 'rich' on a per-person basis versus simply large. Figures are approximate nominal GDP per capita for 2024 from public sources, rounded for a clean, fast game.
Frequently asked questions
What is GDP per capita?+

Are the figures exact?+
No. They are rounded approximate snapshots for 2024, intended for fun rather than as a financial reference.
